Every ride at Surge is a full-body, fat burning workout that incorporates interval training designed to produce real results, real quick. When the lights are low and the beats start bumping you can't help but turn up the resistance. With each climb, sprint and jump you become stronger both mentally and physically.
At Surge we are all about community and providing the best training experience for our riders. We offer shoes, cooling towels, lockers, a women's dressing room stocked with essentials, fresh fruit, comfortable lounge area to hang out after class. We even provide cocktails on those special nights and days.
Class feels like a dance party. It's dark, loud and you get real sweaty while having the ride of your life. Concerned about the sound? We have earplugs available at the front desk.
Surge is a boutique indoor cycling studio that offers rhythm base classes which incorporates the use of arm weights and core exercises in a 45 minute fat burning session that produces a solid, full body workout for all levels.
